Lightbreakers

Following quantum physicist Noah and artist Maya, Lightbreakers explores their separate journeys toward healing while touching on art, science, and time. I found the scientific concepts surprisingly accessible, and the evolution of Maya and Noah’s relationship was especially compelling.

There were a few moments that felt overly serious or dramatic, and occasionally lines that aimed for profundity came across as a little forced. I would have welcomed some comic relief to balance the weightier themes.

Still, I liked Lightbreakers more than I expected. It’s a beautifully written story about grief, memory, and love, with a thoughtful exploration of human connection.

Recommended for: readers who enjoy reflective, speculative fiction with emotional depth. Fans of The Time Traveler’s Wife or Sea of Tranquility may particularly appreciate this novel.
