The Good: The Shithead is an easy, enjoyable read overall, and a pretty funny novel.

The Bad: It's been about a month since I read The Shithead, and I honestly don't remember that much about it, other than that it was neither amazing nor bad. One other thing-- the subtitle, "A Novel in Fifty Songs"-- maybe I missed it, but I didn't see any explanation for this, and I expected it to play an important role in the narrative.

Ultimately, I appreciated the fact that Tim gave his fans a chance to read an advanced copy and the opportunity to check out The Shithead. Cheers!
