The Silent Patient

A solid read that I will mentally shelve under "good mystery novels". I enjoyed following the protagonist in his search to uncover the truth, and I was a fan of the diary entries found within as well. While there were a few aspects of the novel that were unbelievable to me, and a bit of the middle was a tad underwhelming (for reasons I find it difficult to pinpoint), these shortcomings were easy to overlook because the ingenious ending was WELL worth it.
